What is the return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days to receive a full refund in store credit minus shipping costs. The pieces must be in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
What is your jewelry made out of?
All of our jewelry is either 14k or 18k plated gold on brass. Our posts are hypoallergenic and 100% nickel and lead free.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry before exercising and showering. Jewelry shouldn’t come in contact with lotions, perfumes or water for the longevity of the plating. Each piece comes in a suede pouch that can be used to protect your jewelry when not being worn.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of $15 deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to the sender.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders +$75!
My order says it was “returned to sender,” what does that mean?
If an order is returned to sender for any given reason (wrong address provided at checkout, vacant property at delivery, etc.) the customer will be required to purchase a new shipping label to have the item reshipped.
What happens if my order was lost in transit?
We strongly advise purchasing the Route Package Protection. This is automatically added to every order and has to manually be removed if you are not wanting to purchase the extra protection. If this is not purchased we cannot offer a refund for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please visit Route Package Protection here to file a claim for a lost, stolen or damaged package.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! All of our jewelry has a one year warranty for any defective pieces.
How fast will my order ship?
The processing time for both domestic and international orders is 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time.
