Shipping & Returns
*Between Covid-19 and the Holidays, we are seeing a significant delay in deliveries for all USPS orders. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we cannot provide any additional information on the whereabouts of your package. Please contact your local USPS post office for additional information on the status of your package.
The processing time for both domestic and international orders is 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time.
We strongly advise purchasing the Route Package Protection. This is automatically added to every order and has to manually be removed if you are not wanting to purchase the extra protection. If this is not purchased we cannot offer a refund for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please visit Route Package Protection here to file a claim for a lost, stolen or damaged package.
All US orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping. Any US orders under $50 will be responsible for shipping costs.
All international orders will be responsible for shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of $15 deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to sender.
*If an order is returned to sender for any given reason (wrong address provided at checkout, vacant property at delivery, etc.) the customer will be required to purchase a new shipping label to have the item reshipped.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged domestic/ international shipments.
We only offer store credit in the form of a gift card for returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you store credit. *Any purchases made between 11/01/2020-12/22/2020 have until 01/31/2021 to return their purchase. We return the price of the item minus shipping cost + route protection fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Store credit refunds will be initiated 1-3 business days from when we received the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store-credit return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit/ exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item you would like to return is a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
